CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING Thank you for your interest in booking with me! To ensure a smooth experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the following policies in full: PAYMENT & BOOKING DETAILS • Accepted forms of payment: Card, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Cash. • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be submitted within 1 hour of booking using one of the payment methods listed above. • No deposit = No appointment. • Please pay only the exact deposit amount required for the service booked. • All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE REGULAR HOURS • Sundays are my regular day off. However, appointments may be booked on Sundays for an additional $20 fee. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment out of courtesy and safety. • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% inconvenience fee, which does not go toward the cost of your service. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, even with notice, your appointment will be canceled and subject to the same fees. • No call/no show will result in a 60% charge of the scheduled service, to be paid in full before rebooking. • Missed or late payments may result in your profile being flagged, and late fees of up to $5 per day may apply. SERVICE GUARANTEE & AFTERCARE • All services are eligible for a complimentary lash fill within 72 hours if you experience excessive fallout. • After 72 hours, a 50% fee of the original fill price will apply. • If a fill requires more than 2 hours or you arrive with less lash retention than expected (typical for 2-3 week fills), the appointment will be charged as a full set. ADDITIONAL POLICIES • A card on file is required to book your first appointment and will be saved securely to your profile for future appointments. • Please arrive with clean lashes. A cleaning fee will be applied if makeup residue or buildup requires extra time during your service. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the service address included.
